A dream to innovate and develop new products and extend brand relationship with the customers. Today the brand is major player in producing quality Chickpea flour, Cowpeas, Horsegram, Green Moong & Gram.

With Swiss Buhler Machinery and Symaga Silos from Spain, the manufacturing production has increased to 100 Tons per Day. Apart from that Mayil Mark partnered with Fowler Westrup & Daewon Colour SORTEX allowed it to be a pioneer in the pulses trading division.

The process of manufacturing of Samba Ravai, starts are a very basic level from PRE-CLEANING, SILO STORAGE, FINE-CLEANING, MILLING, GRADING & PACKING.

During the manufacturing of Samba Ravai, to obtain the highest amount of Quality we remove the maximum amount of bran, we constantly check for the nutrient content in every step of manufacturing to ensure the protein, fibre and other nutrient contents are retained.

Our other by products during the manufacturing process are processed again to be sold for cattle feed, with various qualities of bran have specific nutritional benefits. Our use of automated Vibro Classifiers, metal detectors & over 2000 GOS magnets, prevent any foreign particles from entering the final products that are sold in consumer packs.

SAMBA RAVAI

Emmer Wheat also known as Triticum Dicoccum is an ancient wheat variety, commonly known as ‘Samba Godumai’ in Southern Part of India especially in the Kongu region of Tamil Nadu. This special variety of wheat is being consumed on a regular basis in the for coarser particles also known as Ravai, which is then used to prepare the traditional dish called ‘Samba Ravai Upma’.

Unlike other upma made using normal wheat varieties, the Samba Ravai Upma has a unique characteristic that gives the final product a special aroma and taste. Samba Ravai Upma is a traditional food that has been passed on for generations, and MAYIL MARK is the only best standard for Samba Ravai, we also proud to tell that we have been a part of the Kongu community growth by keeping the identity and traditions alive for generations.

Over the years, MAYIL MARK with it’s life time dedication to the one product gave us the complete expertise and knowledge to make the perfect Artesian Samba Wheat Broken.

A fully automated Fine Cleaning unit by Fowler Westrup - Banglore, with a capacity of 15,000 tons per annum.
